Maine Guided Fishing At Its Best!

The Lakes Guide Service, which is nestled in the Belgrade Lakes region of Central Maine, provides daily guided fishing trips to the Belgrade Lakes region and beyond.

Experience Maine fishing at its best, offered by The Lakes Guide Service owner Craig Crommett, a 25 year Master Maine Guide, tournament angler, and a pleasure fisherman since the age of four. Craig, who is on the Pro Staff of Kistler Custom Fishing Rods, specializes in Maine bass fishing, and you can always look forward to a fun, enjoyable, and relaxing day of fishing on Maine’s lakes, catching large and small mouth bass, pike, and many other varieties.

As a Maine fishing guide, Craig’s many years of Maine bass tournament fishing have supplied him with vast amounts of knowledge of the bass species, and he knows how to share that knowledge so you will have the best experience when you are out fishing for bass or other native species of fish.

Everything that you will need to enjoy a day of fishing will be provided such as rods, reels, and lures or you can bring your own favorite gear and don’t forget your camera. You will be responsible for your Maine State fishing license, lunch, and beverages. Drinking water will be provided, but alcoholic beverages are not allowed — All Maine Department of Inland fisheries and Wildlife laws will be strictly followed.

So whether you’re an experienced angler or a novice on your first time out, The Lakes Guide Service can offer you a fun, affordable Maine guided fishing trip where you’ll learn something new, and a chance to catch fish!

You can spend a day on a bass boat on one of Maine’s pristine lakes or rivers, or in a canoe on one of the smaller ponds and streams in Maine — the choice is up to you.

You can be assured that your guide will have as much fun as you do. Craig has been known to twist a tale or two with his dry, Maine humor.

Our motto is: “The worst day of fishing is better than the best day at work”

So come and enjoy!

Wounded Warrior's ProjectTravis Mills and the Wounded Warrior’s Project

This is Travis Mills. I spent the day fishing with some of our disabled Vets and learned the true meaning of humility. These young men and women really know what "never quit" means.

They have sacrificed so much andTravis Mills only want to live life. While fishing with them, I saw and learned so much. As Americans we need to support our Vets.

One way we can do that is through the Wounded Warrior’s Project. Check out Travis Mill’s website and see the various ways he is trying to help our disabled Vets.
